Restaurant Revenue Systems — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of services provided by Restaurant Revenue Systems (“RRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using an RRS service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Restaurant Revenue Systems provides restaurant operational audits, analysis, consulting, scorecards, recommendations, strategy services, and related resources designed to help restaurant owners and operators identify opportunities to improve their businesses.
The specific services provided depend on the package purchased and may include review of client-submitted information, operational documents, financial or performance data, guided walkthroughs, strategy calls, action plans, and other recommendations described at the time of purchase.
Client Information & Documents
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. RRS recommendations are based on the information, documents, observations, and responses available during the engagement.
Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent information may affect the accuracy or usefulness of an audit.
RRS may request additional information when necessary to complete an engagement.
Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery times begin once RRS has received the information required for the applicable service.
Current estimated delivery times are:
- Express Audit: approximately 3 days
- Operations Audit: approximately 5 days
- Complete Audit & Strategy: approximately 7 days
Turnaround times are estimates and may be extended when required documents, walkthroughs, client responses, scheduling, or other necessary information are delayed.
Operational & Financial Disclaimer
RRS provides operational consulting and recommendations for informational and business-planning purposes.
Restaurant performance depends on many factors outside RRS’s control, including management execution, market conditions, staffing, pricing, customer demand, costs, competition, and economic conditions.
RRS does not guarantee specific revenue increases, cost reductions, profit improvements, or other financial results.
Any projections, opportunities, estimates, benchmarks, or potential savings identified by RRS should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
RRS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice. Clients should consult the appropriate qualified professional when necessary.
Implementation
The client remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement RRS recommendations.
Unless implementation services are separately purchased or agreed upon, an audit or strategy engagement does not include ongoing management or implementation by RRS.
Strategy Calls & Walkthroughs
Services that include walkthroughs or strategy calls may require scheduling and participation by the client.
Clients should provide reasonable notice when rescheduling is necessary. Repeated missed appointments or extended client delays may delay completion of the engagement.
Intellectual Property
RRS reports, frameworks, scorecards, templates, systems, recommendations, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Restaurant Revenue Systems unless otherwise stated.
Clients may use materials delivered to them internally within their own restaurant or organization.
RRS materials may not be resold, redistributed, published, copied for commercial resale, or represented as another person’s or company’s work without written permission from RRS.
Confidentiality
RRS understands that clients may provide sensitive restaurant information, including sales, labor, food-cost, scheduling, operational, and management information.
RRS will use client information for the purpose of performing the requested services and operating the engagement. Client-specific confidential information will not knowingly be publicly disclosed without authorization except where required by law.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout.
Purchasing a service authorizes RRS to begin the applicable intake, analysis, and service process.
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RRS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use or implementation of RRS recommendations.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, RRS’s aggregate liability relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid to RRS for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
RRS may update these Terms & Conditions as services and business practices evolve. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
